Shipping policy

Please note: All of Soneha's shipments will require a delivery signature and ships from the United States. 

Processing:

Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of all orders. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size and weight of the items purchased.

Standard Shipping within the United States:

Orders shipped via FREE shipping delivery typically arrive in 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.

Once you are notified that your items have shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and all further shipping questions will be handled by UPS/UPS/DHL.

The customer is responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes, which vary by state and are subject to change.

International Shipping: 

All orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 2-15 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). 

Customs and Duties
Soneha does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Soneha does not pay these fees.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
